System continuous operational performance
BG 88 Commissioning Responsibilities Framework, by Matt Lowry, published by BSRIA in January 2025, defines a system continuous operational performance (SCOP) test as: ‘A test procedure in which a system or a building is put into automatic control for a defined time period, during which specific performance criteria are continuously monitored to prove that they can be maintained within specified tolerances.’
